Tour Itinerary:

Day 1:	After arrival at Barajas, Madrid's airport, you will have the remainder of the day at leisure to explore.
Day 2:	Step back in time as your guide shows you sites such as Neptune and Cibeles Fountains, the Plaza de Espana, the Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace.
Day 3:	Enjoy a half-day guided excursion to Toledo, its narrow streets brimming with artistic treasures & Renaissance and Gothic buildings. We’ll visit the Church of Santo Tome, the Cathedral, the Synagogue, & St John of the Kings. Your free afternoon can be spent wandering through the Prado Museum.
Day 4:	Heading east we’ll stop first in Calatayud to visit Santa Maria la Mayor and take in the stunning views from the ruined castle on the hills above the Moorish quarter. We’ll travel to Zaragoza to visit the Our Lady of the Pillar Basilica, an important pilgrimage center, before settling in for the night.
Day 5:	Today we venture to Montserrate, the monastery atop a 4000-ft mountain where you can either explore the Museu de Montserrat or maybe take the funicular up Sant Jeroni for panoramic views. We’ll arrive in Barcelona with time to spare.
Day 6:	Your morning sightseeing tour will make stops at the Cathedral de Barcelona, the pier & the Columbus Monument. In the afternoon, you should explore the Barri Gotic, the old aristocratic quarter which has survived since the Middle Ages.
Day 7:	A final farewell to friends and then you head home.
